| Why We Created the Magazine
Hello! And welcome to our online magazine. In this new age of digital everything we wanted to provide the automotive service industry with not only an informative resource for management ideas, but we also wanted to make it interactive; a place where your thoughts and ideas can be quickly and easily voiced. The Internet is truly a modern-day miracle! We surveyed hundreds of service center owners and managers to hone down what would be wanted in a publication like this one and I think we’ve done a pretty good job. Of course, you will be the true test.
The new information age exposes us to a seemingly endless stream of information. Just look at the blogosphere; opinions on just about everything can be found. But sometimes it is hard to separate out "opinions" from facts. In this online magazine we worked very hard to stick to proven techniques for the myriad of management problems that face people in our industry on a daily basis. If we voice an opinion it will always be labeled as such.
